To support the mission and vision of the school
To expose students and staff to great books
To model and promote creative, effective, and collaborative teaching
To integrate the teaching of research and information skills into the curriculum in order to help promote student achievement
To support learning and encourage personal growth of all students
To be a leader in the use of technology and Web 2.0 tools
