April is National Poetry Month! In honor of National Poetry Month, check out our Book Spine Poetry! Book spine poems are created by stacking books and then reading the titles as though each were a line of poetry! This poetic form is called a cento, from the Latin word for "patchwork". We encourage students to create their own book spine poems and we will put a picture of their poems on the bulletin board!
